Today for health/PE my task is to create five activities for my Taha wairua.
1. Spiritual: for this you first laydown on the grass and breath deeply. Then sit in the sun and enjoy the warmth. Next, do five deep breaths.
2. Physical: Get on your bikes and go for a ride, enjoy the nature and the surroundings around you. After, do some basic exercises like jumping jacks, and then walk slowly around your back yard for a cool down.
3. Mental: do something quiet, read a book in the corner for 20 minutes. Then do some drawing, draw what your feeling, and then, lay down and have a rest.
4. land, roots: Go and take care of your pets or plants, play are with them. Next, sit in your favourite area and admire the view. Next, you can sit in your backyard and feel the grass.
5. Family and social: Have a chat with someone in your bubble, and talk to them for a while. Next, talk to some of your friends online and have a conversation with them. After, help someone doing chores in your bubble.
That is 3 ways to look after each of your Taha wairua.
